... I really never write reviews, but this time I had to.
I have been going to this office for the past month and today was my last day since there is nothing more to do in my mouth for now. I can’t describe the Espectacular treatment by every single person that works there ! Jeez, it gives Hope to know there are still professional people with warm heart and time for their patients, as soon as you enter the office.
Most caring and comfortable Dentist office in the planet.
I’m so Lucky to have found Dr.Andrew Adelson DDS and all the staff in this most amazing dental office.
Of course I will keep coming and have the most lovely smile in West Palm Beach , thank You!!!!!

I've been going to Dr Adelson for quite a few years now. Any time I have walked in with pain I have walked out pain free. I never have to wait very long and the whole staff is very friendly.

I visited Dr. Adelson's office for the first time as a new patient. When I arrived the Front Office Manager just handed me a pad without saying good morning, she was very unfriendly. Afterwards I was taken to a room so that I could see the dentist. When Dr. Adelson arrived, his customer focus was not that good. I tried to conversate with him however he was not that communicative. Once he was done with me he just left me there with out saying good bye.

The staff in this office is rude and inconsiderate. For my first appointment they mandate that you must come on separate days to get x-rays then when you get your teeth cleaned. I made it clear when I made the appointment as well as when I came for x-rays that due to my anxiety I need nitrous for cleanings. At no time did they tell me they did not have nitrous until I have taken over half the day off to come for a cleaning. I will never be returning.
