Dr. Andrea Company, DDS

I cannot say enough. Like most, a dental visit is usually unpleasant. Dr. Andrea is incredibly talented and has a most beautiful presence. Her team was well trained and was more concerned with my comfort. Dr. Andrea did a fabulous job and I am looking forward to future maintenance visits.

Listen, I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to them. They told my daughter in law they took her insurance, went as far as calling her insurance to ask if it was time for more X-rays. In turn she gets a 1,200 bill, saying they don’t take her insurance. It was just for a cleaning and two fillings. Now she’s stuck with this large bill and they wouldn’t even take anything off the bill and it was their fault.

I have no complaints regarding the doctors or the dental hygienist I saw. However, the office staff cost me more than $500 in unnecessary charges. Twice the pre-authorization that I got from my insurance company said I would owe nothing. However, once I arrived for the procedures, I was assigned a doctor who was out-of-network without being informed of such. I was not aware that an office that had multiple doctors could pick and choose which doctors accepted various insurances. Lesson learned very expensively. When I phoned the office and told them that I was billed under a doctor that was out-of-network instead of the one that was in network and pre-authorized, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. I even presented the pre-authorization paper from the insurance company and was still told sorry but the procedure and billing has already been done.

Dr. Andrea is so talented. The team are exceptional and it is so nice to have considerable dentistry done under one roof.
