I had to cancel a procedure with this dentist mid procedure. There was no introduction or procedure overview from her or her assistant. They walked in and immediately started injections that were very painful. No warnings as to what I'd feel. When I protested she insisted it was going to hurt because she had to hit the nerve. When i asked why they were injecting more novacaine than usual fillings, she acknowledged she was going to drill thru the whole tooth to reach a hard to reach spot. I had no idea what she was doing and felt the immediate need to run. All i had was novacaine and my entire face is numb upto my forehead. I can occasionally feel sharp pain radiating thru the numbness. I'm really worried what the heck she did with that needle around my tooth nerve.
