Dr. Reichert did an excellent job with my gum surgery and implant. Very caring and detail oriented and gave me great results. Plus her office is so nice and comfortable and the staff are excellent when it comes to scheduling, billing, and answering questions. I highly recommend Dr. Reichert at Cardinal Dental Specialists.

Dr Reichert performed a gum graft on me. My gum tissue had slipped really far down on a bottom tooth so a lot of the tooth was exposed, which caused pain often. I think what made me feel so at ease with Dr Reichert immediately was how undaunted she was by my situation and how interested she was in helping. I had been really anxious looking at my exposed tooth every day and as soon as she looked at it, she was positive, confident, and eager to fix it - it seemed like she had seen many situations like it before and assured me it was easily fixable, which made me feel so relieved! She explained what procedure she would perform and made me feel very confident and comfortable with what she was going to do. She was calm, funny, and comforting throughout. The procedure itself was painless. Dr Reichert checked in regularly during the recovery period and answered any and all questions I had (which were a lot!). I would definitely recommend Dr Reichert!

As a resident at VCU dental school, she performed two gum augmentations and 5 implants for my husband. These are major procedures. He was a couch potato each time for a few days, but had less pain than he expected, and no complications. During the surgeries (he was not sedated) she checked on him frequently, let him know what to expect, and she always spoke calmly and quietly to her assistants. Dr Reichert called each night after the procedures to check on him, which was wonderful. I I would highly recommend Dr Reichert to anyone, they will be getting an excellent well qualified Dentist, both technically, and in bedside manor.
