Office Manager Nathan Haeck is rude and unprofessional. I paid $1000 in full for poorly fitting and cheaply fabricated tooth insert. We agreed upon 50 percent reimbursement for not accepting. They NEVER paid the $500 refund!!

I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I am scheduled before I leave. I get a text and phone call reminder. I appreciate that! The office staff is great, very professional.

This Dentist and the Dentist office staff are completely horrible. If you have kids please do yourself a favor and do not take them to this office. They are very uncomfortable and they analyze your kids like there's something wrong with them. My kids sat perfectly still and were angels, they even commented that they were being very good, but they were not talking nice to my children or to us for that matter. She does not take time to explain anything, she is rude, awkward, and snooty.

Dr. Haeck is incredible! I have always been terrified of going to the dentist and she totally gets that! She is gentle and keeps everything pain free and makes me feel totally comfortable. She is the only dentist I will ever go to!!!

This dentist office was very unprofessional today. Trust me do not take your children here. also told us to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork wellllll no body was even there. So kept us waiting for 45 mins with a 3 year old to even have anyone give us the paperwork we were supposed to fill out 15 mins early. What a great first introduction to a dentist for a young child.....untimely and downright disrespectful she also said our child's was autistic for not cooperating........she's 3

She is very painless and has a great rapport with the patient! Scheduling is also a breeze!
