My daughter has been trying to get some cavities fixed but she is very nervous so the first 2 times they rejected her for been nervous (all kids gets nervous), this time 3rd time, he treated my daughter with a rude attitude and throwing tool to the floor with an attitude, and then then telling my her what are you doing here this is the third time! Do not recommend this dentist to anyone, he is an A. H.. I see now why he doesn’t allow parents to accompany their kids in the room!!!!

First and last visit here. They had me do a fancy Panoramic xray and then after the fact, told me it wasn't covered by Blue Cross. And then Informed me that regular xrays were to be done. So I had their receptionist come and explain it to me. The Dr comes and checks me out for maybe 5 mins. And then says, we will see if we can schedule your cleaning.... Hmmmm, that's what I am here for . Out of all my years of going to the dentist, you always have your xrays and then your routine cleaning...they told me, oh no, that's not how it works...what the what??? Since when???Do not ever go here!!!! He was rude and when I told him I was going to leave a review he told me to get out.... How unprofessional of a dentist... Whom by the way is like 35 yrs... It's a racket!!!

The very last time I was at this dentist office was to get the last crown put on and then he tells me I need a partial in front well at my age I don't care about gaps in my smile, but no matter how many times I declined.. they just kept pushing & pushing this partial off on me even though I was not about to pay for some overly priced piece of plastic.. had one years ago, hated it.. don't want another one ever, these people DO NOT take No for an answer.. so keep that in mind if you pick Akel as a dentist and be prepared to dish out half your bank account to them cause to Akel it's all about the money -not the patients - they see $$$ dollar signs with every person that walks through the door, I wouldn't recommend this dentist to my closest relatives, friends or neighbors.. I will Not be going back ever again. I put their number on Callblock!

Awful!

Rude. Only the hygienist, Jen, was nice. Everything else was attempt at up-sell, even mouth moisturizer which my insurance wouldn’t cover and I found out from the company isn’t really much of anything. Told me if I didn’t like their requirement for “deep cleanings” and x-rays (I already get free ones once a year elsewhere) that I should go. Then they apologized and changed their mind, called back and said that was fine if I got just a cleaning (my teeth are nice and I have been going to dentists twice yearly since I was a toddler). I’m out thousands now, and had to put it all on care credit which we keep for my husband, who also experienced some really bad things there, like crowns constantly breaking/falling out. The last time I walked in they tried to make me sign something saying I’d get all this unnecessary work done after that was supposedly resolved. Wouldn’t do it, left, won’t go back. Don’t know what bond is used but it smells terrible and gave me sick stomach. enamel is ruined

This place and dentist is a JOKE! The dentist was very rude to not only myself but to my 14yr daughter. This office does NOT allow parents to go to the back with their children and when the child is done, the dentist doesn't even explain anything to the parent, the nastyoffice staff try to explain work that needs to be done! For someone who understands what the dentist is saying, this method would be ok, but for a child, it is NOT! This dentist screamed at me to leave and don't come back. I WONT

Give us an appointment on a memorial day, after I drove for 45 miles just found they closed without even inform the people they have appointments already. Although when they give me that date appointment I ask if they were open on a memorial day the front desk lady confirm that! Never will be there again.
