Incredibly unpleasant
I have been treated with more personal respect by someone who was robbing me at knife point than I was by this dentist. Aggressive, rude and condescending 'hard sell' techniques employed by someone who literally called me an 'idiot' to my face (for saying I had used an otc oral numbing agent for pain relief). If I was expecting someone to pay me thousands of dollars I'd at least make an effort to feign some respect and humanity. Literally sub-popeyes drive thru level of respect and service. Would never recommend except perhaps to my worst enemy.
