Dr. Alyssa Garin, DMD

Terrible experience. The worst dentist I ever had. her office has literally no communication with patients. She moved from her office and I had no way of communication. I provided my dental insurance information to her office, but they did not contact my insurance. Instead, she sent me to COLLECTION!

I had been a patient of Dr. Garin for at least 10 years, with no real dental work ever needing to be done except routine check ups and cleanings. I went in for a routine cleaning and was told "you're due for your 5 year x-rays." So I was given x-rays since I honestly didn't remember the last time they were done. I got a bill for well over $100 a few months later because my insurance hadn't covered the full xrays. A call to my insurance showed that I wasn't due until a few months after they were given to me. I didn't request the x-rays, but relied on the honesty and integrity of the dental office to reliably perform dental exams per the allotted time on my chart. I've been dealing with the issue for over a year with multiple calls to the office. They've sent me to collections despite my attempts to dispute the bill because they said "it was a mistake" on their end. They've since lost a loyal patient and any further recommendations to the practice. Total scam.

She is so gentle and caring in fact her entire staff is welcoming

My visit was wonderful. I was made extremely comfortable in Dr Garin’s office not only by Dr Garin herself, but by her entire support staff. A very clean and professional environment and exceptionally gentle touch! Highly recommend.

Not very friendly doctor or staff. Disappointed.
