12/10/2022 They refused to see me for my cleaning
12/10/2022They refused to see me for my cleaning & annual exam today because i forgot my mask. They refused to provide one & said they are rescheduling my appointment. I got text & email reminders stating i would be charged $100 if i miss my appointment. I explained i had my 4th covid booster in October & I'm a nurse. I dont have more masks in my car because i used the last one at work yesterday and forgot to bring another today. They refused to see me, refused to give me a mask & told me to try go around find one or they are rescheduling! So i said you better not charge me $100 for missing my appointment & the dentist said they wont but still refuse to see me even when i threatened to leave the practice. The dentist walked away and i was forced to leave without receiving health care

Dr Napoli is an amazing dentist. Very compassionate and gives you her undivided attention. She and her staff make you feel more at ease during your visit. They're very accomidating if you have an "emergency" dental visit. I'm so glad I found her and her practice. I've been coming here for over 10yrs and recommend them to everyone.
