Dr. Alka Patel, DDS

Dentist denied me emergency dental care even after taking X-rays and having me wait for care because it wasn't "painful" enough for her to consider it an emergency . I wasn't aware dentists could feel your pain level but apparently Ms Patel can. She has no interest in genuinely helping people and is dismissive even after explaining my discomfort she couldn't care less because it "takes time" and it wasn't significant enough for her to care. She then proceeded to tell me to see another dentist in a neighboring town . Stay AWAY !

I was going to dr Patel for many years as we as my daughter. Soon discovered that she wasn’t cleaning my teeth well Or advising me when I needed fillings for many year which has caused me many complications Now. I can not believe she was doing this to me as well as my daughter. Do not risk your dental future! She takes like 5 mins to clean your teeth. Now my hygienist takes 45 mins as well as giving me tons of information and preventative suggestions some Patel never cared to do. Please! Don’t! Go! Here!

Dr Patel is an exceptional dentist, she has been our family dentist for almost a decade and has been through, honest, caring and always available to answer question regarding dental health.

Dr Patel is honest, caring, and does quality work at a reasonable cost. It is a small office with personalized care.

I was conducting research for a new dentist and based on reviews contacted Dr. A. Patel office. I spoke at length to Sanjay given my transition from one insurance to another and he seemed very efficient and promised to call back after being supplied all of my insurance details. That was more that 2 weeks ago. Now I have repeatedly called the office, spoke to the receptionist I think and left voicemail at the emergency number given no response. Thought it important to bring to the attn Dr, Patel
