We visited Dr. Taylor in March of 2020 for our daughter and were supposed to have work done in June of 2020. Because of COVID, the appointment was understandably canceled. However, I made numerous attempts through out the summer when other dentists were working, to get my daughter rescheduled. Each time we were told they couldn't make an appointment yet. A year has passed, and I never was called back to schedule an appointment, yet today I received a $250 consultation fee. I am really disappointed. I know COVID shut downs made things really hard for everyone, but we did our part trying to schedule the return appointments, and were never called back, just handed a nice hefty bill for a few minutes discussion. Would we like to schedule now? No thank you.

Very rude! Said my children had cavities and needed crowns. Second opinion said they had no cavities. They wouldn’t give us our records until we paid the bill in full. I’d be careful taking your children there!

Oh my gosh! Where to start! I wish I walked into that office years ago. Doctor Alisa and staff.....Billie (receptionist) Krista (hygienist) Melissa (Doctor Alisa's assistant) are so kind. I felt right at home. Had prep work done on a tooth today. The time it just flew! Entertaining, gentle and thoughtful. Thank you staff. God bless you. P.S. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes.
