There’s a parking area sharing with other professional offices plus meter parking. Warm, welcoming staff. Temperature is taken before the visit. Gentle cleaning by hygienist. Dr. Bergan is gentle and thorough. She explains all questions thoroughly.

When I had to have an emergency root canal, Dr. Bergan went out of her way to ensure her office was open and acted quickly and pain-free to help me get rid of the worst toothache of my life, and I'm forever grateful to her. I'm confident that I dozed off in the dental chair a few times during my procedure because I always have a painless experience. Dr. Bergan's staff are very pleasant - never a wait in the office. From the minute I walk in, the front desk personnel is always warm and helpful, and dental assistants are very professional and kind. Neither a broken tooth,nor a temporary crown that comes off,is considered to be an emergency by Dr. Bergan.I was forced to live with part of a tooth,that had a jagged edge and a hole that exposed the root,for six days.I was in pain,and my tooth was at risk of fracture,particularly as I am a "Grinder".I was left with a "Tooth Stub"for over a month.I am out $500,as Dr.Bergan's office manager told me that she would give me Dr.Bergan's lowest price. but reneged.Now looking for a new dentist.
