Defensive w an Ego
Dr. McClung needs to work on her compassion and people skills. Became defensive when I asked questions to understand how suddenly I have an issue diagnosed by their office no other dentist noticed despite recent treatment. I explained I had recently had a bad experience and it’s difficult to trust dentists now. I was told she “wasn’t the one who hurt me” and “that if I didn’t trust her I should leave”.
