Dr. Ghatri Puts Our Minds at Ease
Due to problems with our previous orthodontics office and the standard of care it provided during phase 1 braces, we sought out Dr. Ghatri for a consultation for our oldest daughter. Upon our arrival, Dr. Ghatri's staff promptly took films of my daughter's teeth and he and his treatment coordinator sat down with us and explained "remainder of treatment" options for phase 1. He is experienced, caring and assured us that, with his proposed treatment recommendation, we weren't far from the finish line for phase 1. We know we will be in good hands for her phase 2 braces treatment, as well as for treatment of our younger daughter after we bring her in for a consultation. Thank you!

On two occasions, I scheduled appointments and went to the office to find out that the appointments are not in their system. Terribly unorganized and sloppy. Both appointments were made months in advance. One of the appointments was at 9 am, so I had to drag my kid there and we were early. Arrived there, they said she is not in the system. Plus they overcharge for their services and some of them are most likely unnecessary. Also received an orthodontist appointment for my daughter and were given

They seem to be much higher in cost than most. They told me the cost would be $6.500 but if I started this month they would discount to $5,800. When I asked for the xrays to get a 2nd opinion and quote, they told me they charge $75 for the xrays. All other offices that I talked to said they would send mails copies of xrays for free.
