I was very disappointed with my experience at this practice. Aside from the secretaries who were so kind and helpful, I found the nurses and two doctors very impatient, unhelpful, and not interested in their patients. I received a permanent retainer from Dr. Griffin. He did not say anything to me-- not a "hi" or even ask me how it felt. He came over when the gear was in my mouth, inserted the retainer, got up and left. I won't be returning there, even if something fails with my retainer.
