I am so afraid of the dentist so when I broke a tooth this weekend I was devastated. I saw Dr Byers and from the very first moment she helped me feel less anxious. She talked to me and listened to my concerns. She communicated to me and checked in with me during my procedures. She explained every step of the process so I knew what to expect. Every staff member that I interacted with at Dentists of Lakeland was so friendly and helpful! Thank you Dr. Byers, Genesis, Monica, Ali, and everyone else!
