Dr. Alexander Kutuza, DMD

Was given incorrect address and had to locate. Had to pay entire cost upfront and not my insurance co-pay. Front desk not friendly. Not sure I’ll return, due to original visit.

Dr. Kutuza is incredible. He listens very well and most importantly, explains everything that is going on with your teeth. He was not in a hurry and it seemed important to him that I understood exactly what was going on with my dental needs. Additionally, the lady at the front desk, Lana, was amazing. She went beyond the call to answer every question and was very professional and kind. Both my wife and I are making Dr. Kutuza our place to go for our dental care. We highly recommend this practice.

I was apprehensive about having a root canal. When I arrived at Dr Kutuza’s Hickory office I was greeted by his friendly and professional staff and they made me feel at ease. I have never been in a healthcare office where I was expecting to feel pain and discomfort but was totally the opposite. Dr. Kutuza and Rebecca his assistant made me so comfortable and I absolutely felt no pain and had no pain later. I was amazed!! Thank you Dr.Kutuza and all of your great staff. I highly recommend you and if I have another problem of this nature I will be back. Also I love your beautifully decorated and clean office.

Ok so I was terrified of the dentist and the whole idea of a root canal before my visit. Now I feel no pain and I have no fear anymore! Dr. Kutuza and Courtney were two of the best and most calm people I’ve ever met. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. To make sure I wasn’t afraid they showed me all the tools before the procedure and it really calmed me down. I absolutely love them!! I will be forever grateful to them. If I ever need anything done I’ll definitely be going back to Dr. Kutuza. God Bless Y’all!! Also they give the best hugs at the end! ~Claudia P :)

My son had a root canal performed by Dr. Kutuza yesterday. Dr. Kutuza and Kitty (his receptionist) have a comforting way about them from when you call initially for information and make an appointment, through the actual procedure. My son said that Dr. Kutuza explained what he was doing every step of the way and he had (and has) no pain or discomfort. We studied reviews of other doctors before making an appointment with Dr. Kutuza and were not disappointed.

Outstanding skills and talent. Detailed, and meticulous work. Great staff. I would highly recommend him. Did # 26 today, and the entire procedure went very smoothly. This was the 3rd root canal he has done for me. If I need anymore in the future, I will definitely come to Dr. Kutuza.

Root canal treatment is - let's be real here - simply NOT an enjoyable experience. However, it IS a necessary one if your goal is to save a tooth that is decayed or damaged and can't be fixed with a filling. My last two root canals have been performed by Dr. Kutuza, and my next one (whenever it's needed) will be, as well. He is warm, gentle, patient, reassuring, and funny. His staff is friendly and helpful, as well. I highly recommend this practice should you require root canal treatment!

Dr. Katuza and his staff are wonderful! I had a root canal and felt nothing, and am completely out of pain the following day. I'd refer this practice to anyone! Dr. Katuza does amazing work! So grateful to have gotten to have work done by him!

Originally I was scheduled to see the doc for a consult (no referral) as I just had another root canal done at a different practice and they couldn't get me in so first available was with Dr. Katuza's office as I was in excruciating pain. What meant to be a consult actually turned out to be a same day procedure as my tooth was inflamed. Highly recommended, very compassionate. He definitely cares about the well being of his patient. A++
