Dr. Alexander Jhang, DDS

I have been a patient of Dr. Jhang for many years. He has one of the best bedside manners. He listens to your concerns and doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile to resolve your dental issues. He doesn't hesitate to refer out to specialists if necessary to resolve the issue. His gentle way of working with his patients is greatly appreciated. His staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating when I have to change my appointments and they never hesitate to work with me to set new appointments at times that benefit me. I highly recommend Dr. Jhang.

My husband and I both had appointments to see Dr Jhang in November. My experience: I made the appointment in-house. I returned to the appointment and let the billing secretary know I was recently pregnant. She got a huge attitude and outright said we can’t see you, you never told me you were pregnant. You need a note from the doctor. I informed her I spent money on a Lyft and needed seen, if there was any way I could have my dr fax it over, or if the dr could see me to work things out. She cop
