Office and equipment looks modern and inviting. If you care about your wallet, know the treatment plans and D-codes they are billing. Expect wrong codes, procedures not billed to insurance, and frequent calls with your dental insurance to advise the dental office how to bill you. Learned to visit a specialist to be surprised how personnel at 65 Broadway Dental has failed their procedures. Not a pleasant experience. Further discussions with the office...unable to even speak to anyone to resolve your billing issues. Appears your number will be blocked and unanswered if calling for overcharges - happened also with my insurance company investigating overpayments.

(this is a continuation)...The Periodontist told me my bones were fine. I said, how is it that two dentists in the same office read x-ray results so differently? He just smirked and said, I don't know, but your bones are fine. Your gums are fine. You just need a deep cleaning. Still so confused, I called the receptionist this morning and asked to speak with the dentist. Upon explaining to her the issues, she told me that she is versed in reading x-rays and pulled mine up, saying that no, I had no bone loss. I feel like this office is scamming people. I better get my $200 dollars back. If you want to avoid anxiety and fear, find a different dentist.
