Paid for dental implants for my wife two years and and myself 1.5 years ago Neither one of us has our final product yet.Where else can you sell something, take someones money and not give them what they paid for?Always blaming the lab. Refused to put in writing that the lab was the cause of the delays. Refused to tell me the name of the lab they use. Stonewalled at every corner, then blown off with. .we'll call you back....they never do.My wife has had nothing but problems, including: surgeries to repair the mistakes of the initial surgery, having to go periods of time with no teeth in her mouth, in so much pain that anything brushing her cheek would cause severe pain. At one point she was on a liquid diet for two months. Cancelled appointment after cancelled appointment. We showed up for two appointments only to be told they had nothing scheduled for us.
