I have been a patient of Dr. Bierman for several years now & I was pleasantly surprised to have an appointment with him during these difficult pandemic times. He took the necessary measures to protect his patients & I felt totally safe. Dr. Bierman is an excellent dentist & very personable. His assistant, Nicole, is knowledgeable & pleasant. Overall, I would rate him a 5 & have & will always recommend him to others.

I was greeted with genuine smiles and sincere concerns of my dental issues. Dr. Bierman and his staff were very gentle and accommodating in regards to my needs. Unlike the deathly silence of other dental offices I’ve visited, Dental Arts of the Oaks jammed some classic rock and blues, which made me feel more comfortable, feeling I could relate and enjoy myself while in the chair.

Had my first visit with Dr. Bierman this week and was very happy with the visit. The office is very nice, the office manager was very sweet and helpful as I filled out all my paperwork, and Dr. Bierman was very attentive. He had some good old rock and roll music playing in the background while he worked on me. I was really surprised that he took on the task of cleaning my teeth instead of having a hygienist do the work. It is a warm and friendly place, I'll be going back.

I loved Dr. Bierman.
He was patient with me, explained things to me, LISTENED when I talked, and didn't act like a know-it-all like my last dentist. He is confident in his skills, and sent me to another professional, an endodontist who is a specialist in root canals, when it was clear that my cracked-tooth, back-of-the-mouth root canal was too risky for him to perform. Bravo for being humble!
