She is a very competent dentist and takes the time to explain what's going on with your mouth. I have never felt rushed when she is attending to my queries . She knows what she is doing when she is performing any dental work and is gentle & attentive. Karen is an AWESOME hygenist and has a light touch while performing tough cleaning!!

On 8/15/18 I received an invoice from Baytree Dental for deep cleaning not covered by my insurance. I had specifically requested all be cleared prior to service or I did not want treatment. I sent full payment on 8/15 to their office anyway. On 8/30 I received notice from a collection agency for the amount plus an $80+ dollar fee. My check for full amount had cleared the bank on 8/27. On 9/4, a different dentist confirmed I don't need the root canal or crown also recommended by BayTree. Beware!

My husband and I had the absolute worst experience with Dr. Shaykova. I do not recommend anyone going to this dentist, unless you want to have thousands of dollars worth of work done that isn't needed. Once hearing that we both needed extensive dental work done, we went back to our family dentist in another state for a second opinion. We were told by our family dentist that none of the work she recommended was needed. I was disgusted to hear that we were being taken advantage of.

She is very thorough and honest.

Was able to schedule appointment for the next morning and my problem was resolved immediately. Answered all questions,gave accurate insurance information and was extremely courteous and efficient,very pleased and satisfied.

Amazing staff the doctor is great and so is her assistant Brittany they are so loving and kind!!

Long wait times in waiting room and in the chair, despite having an appointment. Juggling several patients at once adds to wait times. Dentist has assistant finish her work. Assistants have low skill levels. The office pushes unnecessary dental work to add to their revenue. Mistakes are made and excuses are made instead of taking responsibility.
