My insurance company approved services for a dental Crown procedure requested by Dr Bures. 100% coverage (full services and materials) $0 deductible. Dr Bures did not want to provide services if I was not able to pay an extra $200 for her services. She called to kick me out from her practice-(very rude and disrespectful), practically raised her voice, agitated & hanged up the called in less than 2 minutes.She denied her services and told me to find another doctor because she was not comfortable to do it. No referrals offered. Same day she called the insurance company had already sent an email to her, indicating that as per the Provider’s manual, the entire process was fully covered. Approval letter expires on October, with no dentist.Her office and staff are very disrespectful not taking the time to provide administrative services.If you have extra money to give away just because, you will be greatly welcome in that office.I have been her patient for over 20 years.Now days, I don't ha
