I would give a -10. This is the worse endodontist ever. He is rude, arrogant and lacks the basic skills necessary to deal with people and the oral health concerns. He did a root canal on my back molar, which resulted in more pain than I had initially. There was a bad odor coming from the site, so I asked for antibiotics. He refused by stating “I am not giving you anything. Just take your entourage and go to the front desk. You can use mouthwash.” I had my DD daughter with me. A greivance filed!
