Dr. Kazlow is the worst medical professional to ever treat me. Her performed a root canal on me which had to be redone within 5 years due to his improper filling of the root, and the crown he placed on my tooth in the meantime fit so horribly my current dentist and endodontist think it may have been put in backwards. Without asking, he ground down the tooth above the one he was working on stating it was 'in his way' which directly resulted in my needing 2 fillings in that tooth. Horrible.
