Questionable billing practice!!They told me the two insurance companies I have were both accepted here. At the appointment the assistant said they hadn’t received my sons x-rays. Then they came into the room asking me if I had brought a copy of his X-rays. Another said they had received them but the pictures weren’t coming through via email. THEN they wanted to take more x-rays. I told them if it wasn’t covered by insurance I couldn’t pay for them out of pocket. The dentist came back in very flustered and curtly said “you are putting me between a rock and a hard place saying you won’t pay today” in front of my 9 year old. I stopped her and said no I said I can’t pay especially if you can’t tell me how much. They wanted me to give them my credit card so they could run whatever amount without my consent. She acted very unprofessional in front of my child. I said thank you and we left. Got an appt. same day with someone else our pediatrician recommended. They were so much better!

Dr Aimee Cassinelli may have a nice approach to get dentistry but her office has much to be desired for. WATCH Out for billing scams and telling you you'll owe one thing when you really owe something different. Additionally her use of laughing Gas is inappropriate ( wanting to administer for simple sealants!)
Stay away from this practice until they can get their office in order!

Dr. Cassinelli and the whole staff are amazing. My 3 yr old son had some front teeth trauma and several were moved. They all took such great care of all of us. Dr. Cassinelli spent time explaining everything and was in no rush to move us along. It was important to her that we were well l-informed and comfortable. Thank you!!

The office is super cute and the staff is very patient and kind. Dr. Cassinelli is very personable and makes the whole experience stress free for both the parents and the children.

We are so lucky to have found Dr Cassinelli! My kids love her. And I appreciate how she communicates directly with our orthodontist on any issues that arise.
