Dr. Agatha Nwizu, DDS

2021- my Man had extractions & dentures done by this dentist, & was pleased, so I went to her, for my routine exam. & found her & her staff to be very Rude, Mean, Slow, non-empathetic, & had a extremely poor bedside manner. I left feeling like she must only likes men patients. She referred me to a periodontist who charged me $100 for exam, & estimated over $15,000.00 to. Treat me, & NONE of that was covered by my insurance. 2023- I experienced my first toothache in 70 yrs. of life, so I went back to Stockbridge office, to find a note saying she works from her Conyers office. I called, then went there, to find better conditions, & more acceptable demeanors from her & her staff,. I was Rx. Antibiotics, & told, they would call me when they got the approval for extractions & Dentures. I called last week & was told the insurance approved the dentures but not the extractions, so they would resubmit for the extractions under a different code. God have Mercy, because I don’t have money.

Wait time is extremely long . They are unprofessional and have attitudes. You really get what you pay for here. No since of ergency no empathy from the dr. Takes way too long.

Beware of this Dentist. She will over charge you and refused to refund over payments. Her dental service is the poorest I have ever experienced. These people lie constantly that includes the dentist and her staff. They never return calls and never keep appointment times. I had an appointment that I waited over an hour before being told that they had not gotten the bridge in yet. When it did come it was sized wrong and wrong color. I started my dental work on November 5th 2018 with this dentist and the work still was not finished until February. And even then the bridge was not right, but I could not take another minute with this dentist or her staff. I was pressured to over pay and my insurance claim was file incorrectly. It took several calls to my insurance to try and correct that mistake. Once corrected I was due a refund that to this date has yet to be issued. I have been calling and trying to get the refund for two months as of today. BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST!!!

The lack of professionalism of the staff is appalling. I was charged for a toothbrush that I was informed was not in stock, but was promised it would be mailed out to me. That was April 4, today being May 16 I still have yet to receive it. It is my strong recommendation that if you are considering becoming a patient of this establishment, Don't!.

Very unprofessional!! Stay away from this dentist. That is the best thing I have to say about her and her office.

The office is outdated broken or missing equipment. Dr. Nwizu was not friendly she explained what treatment plan I needed and walked out of the room. Never made me feel like she was an experienced dentist at all. After my general exam, I left not getting any work done by her. I will find someone who is professional and experienced.
