I have had a very hard time even getting ahold of this dentistry in the first place but on the afternoon of Monday, August 31st, after FINALLY getting a callback, I was HUNG UP ON by staff members REPEATEDLY because I told them I wanted to get an extraction instead of the root canal they were referring me for. Several staff members continued to mock me and give me an attitude over the phone all because I said I wanted an extraction instead. (far back molar) I told the woman on the phone that I didn't "appreciate her tone" and then she just hung up on me. I called them back after being hung up on and ANOTHER woman continued to give me an attitude on the phone and refused to give me their names (found out later their names are EMILY & JESSICA). They continued to be rude to me and try to convince me why I should get a root canal all while refusing to let me speak with the dentist or even leave him a message to call me back. They hung up on me THREE times in total. Not to mention that the

Dr. Adam has been my dentist since his practice was first opened. I am a medical provider as well, and I have 100% confidence in everything he has done for me. I have had some severe dental emergencies in which he has called afterwards to check on me, coordinated care with medical doctors and more. He also has a family friendly practice. During his "closed" hours, his team can be found providing dental care at local nursing homes and assisted living places, or on on mission trips. LOVE THEM
