Dr. Ada Penate, DDS

This place is a scam! They overcharge for services, bill your insurance for even more, and then claim you owe additional fees due to an 'upgrade.' On top of that, the office manager is rude and unprofessional. They lack ethics and professionalism. Do yourself a favor and find an honest doctor and office elsewhere.

I love Dr. Penate and her staff. She is the best Dentist l’ve ever had. She fixes my dental issues, and her pleasant manner makes the visit to her office something that I don’t dread. I know when I have an issue, I am comforted that she can make things better. I am so thankful for her and her people. They are just as pleasant as she is. I am so glad that my husband changed to her office. I highly recommend Dr. Penate.

Dependable and professional

Please if you care about yourself never go to this "Dentist". I have gone to two other offices this year and Penate's equipment looks like it's from the 80s. Aside from that everyone is extremely rude there and unprofessional, I needed to have an extraction done and Penate tried to convince me to go somewhere else to do it because she did not perform implants or surgery there and that extractions should only be done by professional (Unlike her obviously). I use to be scare to go to the dentist. I've been going to Dr. Penate for over 10 years. She is very caring and professional. The office environment is very warm and very family oriented. Her staff is outstanding!
