He is awful........... He told my 85-year-old neighbor she NEEDED a root canal She agreed and went to a dentist that performs them........SHE DID NOT NEED ONE AT ALL........I am so glad she didn't go to the dentist that he told her to...... he is sending a report to the dental association....

On my first visit he seemed very nice. Put in two crowns very quickly. I did notice he seemed in a hurry. His assistant did most of the work. FF! Nothing but problems with crowns! The fit & color were off! I started having pain in tooth next to crowns due to him not checking the bite after installing. The color was off. He matched color with other crowns in front BUT I had a darker tooth NEXT to the crowns. It became very noticeable when he put a lighter teeth next to it.I went back today to address issues & was treated horribly. He was obviously unhappy. He wanted ME to choose a new color becuz 'He didn't want his time wasted again!' He 'didn't care how Dr. Matthews did things.' (He had bought Dr. Matthews' practice.) I will not be WASTING HIS TIME again! I walked out even though my mouth was numb! He is the reason ppl hate going to dentist. I was refunded $ for the work. (BTW no reviews on website cuz unable to leave one and unable to contact via email!)

My elderly mother went to see this Dr and was told her treatment was within the capabilities of him so we scheduled her a ride from her assisted living facility for her appt. She is in the chair and they call me to tell me I need to fill out consent forms which they never sent me prior to appt, but the rude girl also I sited Dr wanted to use Nitrous gas and both myself and my mother declined due her mental condition. They then proceed to tell me they are referring her to an oral surgeon all because we declined drugs!!! Really!?! Why couldn’t they have informed us they wouldn’t do any work with out it prior to her having to facilitate a ride and waste her time to be turned away?? I’ve been in dentistry both front and chair side for over 13 years and have never had such unprofessional behavior from both Dr and assist or treatment coordinator. Angelica was sweet but the other female needs some customer service training!

This man had terrible bed side manner. He did not want to offer nitrous oxide for my sons impacted wisdom teeth extraction. He only wanted to numb his gums with shots without sedatives. He was very rough and insensitive. He had to give several more shots throughout the process. It was a painful experience for my son. I highly DO NOT recommend his services!
