The scheduling lady at this office is very rude. She could not even read the insurance pre-authorization and continued to argue about it. When she finally realized her mistake, she did not even apologize. After all that she failed to enter the appointment she had given. On the appointment day, they said there was no appointment. Wasted my time traveling for the appointment she did not record. Never going there again

The dentist appears very likeable and confident. Speaks good English. That's the good news. They were short-staffed, the office looked like it had been cheaply furnished from Walmart, there is a penalty of $50 per 30 minutes of tardiness for an appointment, but I had to leave and come back 3 hours after my appt time. Staff is friendly but seemed disorganized, and I questioned their sterilization techniques. Waiting room chairs were stacked in a corner, and I had to complete my paperwork on a dirty table outside on the sidewalk. My extraction cost almost $400. They gave me two scrips on the wrong paper, and two pharmacies refused to fill them. The office closed early that day and the after-hours call number wasn't functioning. By 7 pm I was in the ER of a nearby hospital with my face and neck looking like a basketball with slits for my eyes. The next day the affable dentist apologized sincerely and gave me some new prescriptions. I will not be going back.

Dr.Navanit is the best dentist I have been to in a very long time he makes you feel comfortable and takes his time to explain treatment plan's with you. My family loves going to him and the rest of the staff are very nice.

Dr. Navanit is awesome. He is experienced and very professional. He has always taken care of me and is great with kids. I will never go anywhere else! His dental assistant Elizabeth is awesome and so helpful!
