Dr. Aaron Carroll, DDS

Office staff very disorganized and makes all sorts of billing errors where usually u have to get both the dental insurance and bank involved to straighten out the mess. Aaron Caroll makes me nervous. He's totally unreal and looks it...too much time in a tanning salon, heavy on cosmetics including eye shadow. The guy talks in a falsetto voice that's plain creepy. An acquaintance of mine claims Carroll is transgender which well could be. The bottom line...Carroll's skills r mediocre at most. He places more importance on props like an office that was featured in Architectual Digest than focusing on the patient's needs.

My pass experiences with Dentists have been mediocre. Since, receiving care from Dr. Aaron S. Carroll; he has been consistently patient in calming my skittishness and explaining procedures. He did an excellent job on my bridge and caringly encourages good dental care with high-quality Oral-B plaque removal toothbrushes after ny bi-annual checkups. He definitely rates a five star review in restoring my faith in a great dental care. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Dr. Carroll & Staff!

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to make 2 scheduled appts this was due to the fact of myself being in the air transportation business and on call 24/7. I made these 2 apt all within a week of each other. As stated to them these were emergency visits due to immense tooth pain. Another appointment was made however wife was admitted to ER with heart attack on day of appt. they now refuse to see me as a patient. So much for their friendly, relaxed, caring Atmosphere.
